- RETURNS
Due to the sensitivity of the oils, once an order has been shipped we do not accept returns.
- DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We can replace damages products or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery. Please send an email with order number and photo of damage or incorrect item to Bopeetshairandscalpoilblend@gmail.com.
- CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
We are are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. Please check items within your cart and shipping information before completing the order. We are not responsible for misdirected items sent to the wrong address.
- LOST PACKAGES
Please provide a safe, accurate location to ensure a secure delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- SHIPPING
Please note, USPS or UPS are sometimes delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. So please allow extra days for Oils to be delivered. Please feel free to contact USPS directly for accurate updates.
